Example #A:
The Challenge: A local baseball league needed to raise additional funds for new equipment for the summer program. The group was not interested in planning another car wash and wanted something that would be fun for the children and get the leagues families involved as well.
The Solution: A "Family Fun Night" was Scheduled at The New York Party Zone. We provided use of our facility including space for baked goods, drinks, basket raffle for a 2 hour event.
The Results: Approximately 90 children attended generating over $675 at the door. In addition, over $600 in baked goods, gift baskets and raffles were also collected. Net to the league almost $1,300.00 for the night!
The night was considered the best success story they have ever had!
Example#2: The Challenge: The school PTA was planning to create a new fundraiser in addition to their regularly scheduled annual fashion show. However there was limited time and almost no volunteers for the event as most were already working on supporting the fashion show already planned. The Solution: Simple invitations were sent out to all the children in the school for an evening of fun at The NY Party Zone. The Results: Some of the parents had already been invited for birthday parties in the past and immediately helped to generate a good will for the evening of fun. Over 230 children came for the event generating over $1,700.00 for the PTA! Keeping in mind that this was accomplished with almost NO volunteers and very little time spent in generating support for the evening. The night was a huge success and raised almost as much as the fashion show did with a fraction of the effort!
